Job Description

We are currently seeking a energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our market presence within the Industrial and Automotive sectors. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proven knowledge of lubricants and oils, various industries mining, automotive, industrial, farming.
  • Established network of industry contacts in Namibia.
  • Strong drive and passion for sales; must be proactive and results-oriented.
  • Excellent selling skills with a proven track record and references for the min past 5 years.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Computer skills are an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and physically fit for travel.
  • Stock Control.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Collect and deliver products.
Requirements:
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about achieving sales targets.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent travel and engaging with clients in various industries.
  • Only apply if you are dedicated to a career in sales and have a winning attitude.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in mechanical, motor and mining industries, with references.
